Group Therapy

Therapists leading these groups utilize training from a variety of therapies.  We will integrate elements of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), rational-emotive therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, person-based therapy and other appropriate therapies that are appropriate to treatment goals. Group therapy offers the opportunity for individuals to meet with peers and therapists in order to gain insight into how they think and behave and learn skills to change and enhance their lives.
