Port offers referral agents the option of placing youth (12-18 years of age) at Port for a period of 30 days to determine what is the most appropriate treatment or placement for the youth. At the end of the 30-day evaluation period Port provides a comprehensive report and the findings of any other assessments requested, and a recommendation of the appropriate measures to take in the best interest of the youth. A 30-day evaluation can be the beginning stage of completing the full program.
